We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a critical role in creating a clean and comfortable living environment, ensuring that all units and public spaces meet the cleanliness standards expected by our residents and management. This is a vital position responsible for cleaning and servicing residential units, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, elevators, community rooms, amenities, restrooms, and offices.
The Housekeeper's responsibilities include making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels in units following hotel-standard cleaning protocols. This role requires meticulous dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of both private units and shared spaces. The Housekeeper also replenishes essential amenities like soap, shampoo, bottled water, and coffee to enhance the resident experience. Additionally, the role involves ensuring all restrooms are clean, sanitized, and adequately stocked, and public spaces are maintained through vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash collection.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment is part of the job, which means checking and reporting maintenance issues related to lighting, plumbing, or HVAC systems and properly handling lost and found items while respecting resident privacy and location protocols. The Housekeeper must also restock housekeeping storage areas, uphold safety protocols, adhere to all cleaning and sanitation guidelines, and comply with property security, fire, and health regulations. This position requires courteous and professional interaction with residents and coworkers, demonstrating not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal skills. The role involves the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all chemicals per Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring both safety and environmental compliance.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a commercial, residential or hotel environment, at least one year preferred
- Written and verbal skills needed to complete job responsibilities
- Ability to work a varied schedule as necessary to include weekends and holidays
- Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs
- Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to visually inspect units and public areas to ensure adherence to standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a commercial, residential or hotel environment, at least one year preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills to complete job responsibilities
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to use personal protective equipment appropriately
- Ability to interact courteously with residents and coworkers
- Basic physical fitness to perform job tasks
Job Duties
- Clean and service rooms/units according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
