Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled times
- Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
- Must follow all safety standards
- Must be willing to collaborate and maintain a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay using their names when possible
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain spotless cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned including deep cleaning and organizing storage areas
- Adhere to uniform standards and participate in effective teamwork and communication
