Job Requirements

  • Must have experience in hospitality or related customer service fields preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures accurately
  • Capacity to handle pace and pressure in a busy environment
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Strong hospitality and guest service orientation
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must arrive and clock in/out on time for scheduled shifts
  • Adherence to break schedules and procedures
  • Provide sufficient notice for call-outs per supervisor instructions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in listening, conflict resolution, and communication
  • Strong desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Flexible availability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support events and groups held at the hotel
  • Answer incoming calls professionally with approved greetings
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms as assigned each shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas
  • Complete operational checklists with 100 percent accuracy
  • Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and willingness to assist beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
