Housekeeper

Responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units in preparation for new residents as well as the daily cleanliness of the models, offices, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and fitness centers. This position also includes tasks like assessing apartment conditions, cleaning fixtures, turning in completion reports, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the premises. Some properties may include Corporate Suites with additional responsibilities such as cleaning and changing linens, dishes, and soaps.
