The Residence Inn El Paso located at 6355 Gateway W Boulevard in El Paso, TX, is currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused House Attendant. This role is hourly and centers on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all assigned areas and equipment within the property. The House Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service through timely and efficient completion of duties. Responsibilities include buffing marble floors daily, shampooing carpets and furniture in public areas according to hotel standards, and assisting guests with luggage requests in a courteous manner. Additionally, the House Attendant is tasked with managing lost and found items following hotel protocols and cleaning guestrooms when necessary. This position demands knowledge of and active participation in emergency procedures to guarantee the safety of guests and colleagues. Proper maintenance and storage of hotel equipment also fall within the scope of this role. The House Attendant is expected to complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and maintain an overall commitment to guest satisfaction. This position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift and exert considerable physical effort, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
