- 1-2 years related experience including prior supervisory experience
- food handler’s permit
- MAST
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Helps manage the FOH staff including directing work, addressing concerns, and holding staff accountable
- assists management with training new employees
- monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards
- oversees the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues
- ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff
- fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently
- performs any and all other duties as assigned
