By focusing on operational excellence and personalized care, Towne Park creates a welcoming and hassle-free environment, ensuring guests feel valued and supported from arrival to departure.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an essential frontline position that focuses on delivering outstanding hospitality and valet services. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience through prompt, friendly, and safe handling of vehicles as well as assistive guest services such as luggage handling and providing information about the local area and venue amenities. This position requires an individual who can perform duties attentively and with professionalism, maintaining a pleasant demeanor while effectively managing parking and retrieval of vehicles. The role offers an hourly base pay ranging from $8 to $10 per hour, complemented by tips ranging from $5 to $10 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive and fair compensation based on skills and experience.

Working at Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate involves engaging in a variety of responsibilities that contribute directly to the overall guest satisfaction. From greeting guests warmly and using polite salutations and the appropriate use of guest names to managing key ticketing and revenue procedures, this position demands a high level of attention to detail and customer service skills. The work schedule may include AM or PM shifts, adding flexibility to accommodate various operational needs. Additionally, employees in eligible positions can enroll in benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement plan.

Physically, the role requires stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, standing or walking for extended periods, and operating vehicles with caution and expertise, including manual transmission when required. The working conditions are largely outdoors, exposing associates to varying weather conditions. Despite these demands, Towne Park emphasizes providing a supportive environment where reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform their job functions effectively. This seasonal or temporary seasonal position is ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding role in hospitality and guest services that values professionalism, safety, and an engaging customer experience.
