You will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with luggage, and facilitating smooth logistics such as opening doors and providing directions. Beyond physical assistance, the role also involves offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, arranging transportation, and ensuring the accurate handling of parking tickets and revenue. The base hourly pay for this role is $10.98, with an added potential for tips ranging between $3 and $5 per hour, bringing total earnings close to $14-$17 per hour. The work schedule includes both morning and evening shifts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for the state applied to work or within a commutable distance
- one month of related experience and/or training preferred
- ability to read, write, and communicate in standard English
- comfortable with simple math and working with money
- understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- ability to operate a manual transmission
- ability to parallel park confidently

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
- assist with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures
- open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- provide directions and arrange taxis
- handle reservations and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- shuttle guests to nearby approved locations and deliver messages or requested items
- explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- issue and collect claim checks
- maintain accurate ticket information including key tags, guest folios, and vehicle location records
- calculate and collect revenue when needed
- maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor
- acknowledge guests within five feet and use their last names during interactions
