We are currently seeking a customer-oriented valet to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression by delivering friendly, professional, and courteous service to all of our guests. The ideal candidate will greet guests with a smile and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring that their arrival and departure are handled smoothly and efficiently. As a valet, you will be responsible for assisting guests as they enter and exit the hotel, opening doors, and providing a warm welcome.
Your duties will include identifying and assessing customers' needs, inspecting vehicles, and documenting any prior damage to ensure accountability. In addition, you will park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely, demonstrating excellent driving skills and attention to detail. Utilizing our digital ticketless system, you will track vehicle and customer information thoroughly to maintain accurate records.
Beyond vehicle management, you will assist guests with directions and respond to inquiries about the local area, enhancing their overall stay at our hotel. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset at all times. Physical stamina is necessary since the job involves standing, running, climbing stairs, and working in outdoor conditions.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Be eligible to work in the USA
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to stand, climb stairs and run for extended periods of time
- Provide service in outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Provide service in outdoor conditions
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Be able to work alone and as a team
- Prior customer service and valet experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist all guests entering and exiting the location
- Open doors and greet patrons
- Identify and assess customers' needs
- Inspect vehicle and document any prior damage
- Park and retrieve customers' vehicles quickly and safely
- Acknowledge and greet all customers
- Call customers by their last name
- Track vehicle/customer information with our digital ticketless system
- Assist guests with directions and other inquiries about the area
