Job Requirements
- Associates degree in a hospitality or technology related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of technology product and vendor management experience
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hotel technical products
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (O365)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Aptitude for innovation
- Understanding vendor product roadmaps
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in a hospitality or technology related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of technology product and vendor management
- Experience working with the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and familiarity with hotel technical products
- Proficient in project management methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Aptitude for innovation and ability to present product ideas to leadership
- Understanding of vendor product roadmaps and their impact on technology strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams at different reporting levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manages hotel technology product solutions and vendor relationships
- Understands and documents current technical requirements
- Creates product roadmaps and standards documentation
- Maintains an inventory of products with all pertinent information
- Owns the end-to-end health, value, and lifecycle of assigned hotel technology products
- Provides budget guidance on operational costs and asset management
- Project manages deployment of technology upgrades and enhancements
