The Hotel Technology Product Manager role at Omni Hotels and Resorts is an essential position based within the Omni Service Center (OSC) IT team located in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on overseeing a portfolio of hotel technology products that support the daily operations and guest service functions of the hotels. The ideal candidate acts as a product management expert, collaborating closely with hotel operations teams and various OSC business units to drive the evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions. Emphasizing vendor relationship management and strategic product planning, the Hotel Technology Product Manager is responsible for maintaining product health, usability, and alignment with business goals.
This role combines technical expertise with project management capabilities to ensure the successful deployment of hotel technologies, such as door locks, access control systems, ancillary management systems (including golf, spa, and membership management), TV platforms, employee safety and communication devices, digital signage, audio systems, and safety/security systems. The Product Manager develops product roadmaps and documentation that guide technology upgrades and innovations, helps manage budgets related to technology operations, and works collaboratively across departments to ensure product standards are upheld.
In addition to managing the lifecycle and vendor partnerships for assigned products, this position also entails verifying project proposals and leading contract negotiations, resource allocation, and the transition of support to maintenance teams. Job Requirements
- Associates degree in a hospitality or technology related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of technology product and vendor management experience
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hotel technical products
- Proficiency in project management methodologies

Job Qualifications
