Joining LEGOLAND Florida Resort means becoming part of a dedicated team that values innovation, teamwork, and the creation of magical guest experiences. You will have access to a broad range of benefits, including excellent health care options, paid time off, and opportunities for learning and advancement, all designed to support your personal and professional growth.
