As a company that values growth and professional development, Kinseth offers numerous benefits that support its workforce in various aspects, from health to financial security and beyond.

This position is an opportunity to join the Kinseth Hotel Corporation team as a Sales Assistant, where you will provide essential support to the hotel sales department. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication and organization within the sales office, helping to drive sales and ensure smooth operations. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, and assisting with the preparation of sales reports and banquet event orders. Additionally, the role involves inventory management of office supplies and customer relations duties including sending out thank you letters and making sales kits and client gifts.

Working in this capacity requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Assistant also plays a part in achieving revenue and production goals set by management and supports the overall guest experience by coordinating property tours and transportation requests. This role demands adherence to company policies, including maintaining a professional image and following safety and performance standards.

The physical demands of the job require employees to be active, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and occasional movement of heavier objects. This ensures that the Sales Assistant can efficiently handle tasks that require physical involvement such as setting up meeting room door signs and managing materials. Kinseth Hotel Corporation provides a supportive workplace where safety and employee well-being are priorities.

Employment with Kinseth Hotel Corporation as a Sales Assistant includes access to a comprehensive benefits package offered after 60 days, featuring health, dental, and vision insurance plans. Employees also benefit from 401k retirement savings plans, paid training, paid time off, and innovative perks like DailyPay which provides employees access to their earnings between paychecks. The referral program incentivizes employees to bring in qualified candidates, and discounts are available across all Kinseth hotels and restaurants, enhancing employee experiences both professionally and personally.

Joining Kinseth Hotel Corporation in this role offers a strategic entry into the hospitality industry, with opportunities to develop essential administrative and sales skills in a well-established setting. The company environment supports career progression and growth, encouraging employees to meet and exceed individual performance targets while contributing to the success of the larger organization.
