The role of Restaurant Server at Hyatt Regency San Antonio is a critical position within the food and beverage team. A successful server at Hyatt acts as the ambassador of the restaurant, expertly guiding guests through the menu selections to enhance their overall dining experience. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, from cuisine to drink options, enabling the server to provide thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences. Job Requirements

  • must be TABC and food handler certified
  • must be able to work any time between 2:00pm to 2:00am on any day including weekends and holidays
  • preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of restaurant serving experience
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
