Madison West Side is home to a collection of premier hospitality properties managed by NCG Hospitality, a family-owned, third-generation business recognized as a leader in the ownership, development, and operation of over 30 hotels across the nation. Their commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment has earned them the 2025 USA Today Top Workplace award, a testament to the positive culture they have cultivated. This achievement reflects their dedication to employee engagement, career development, and team collaboration. NCG Hospitality believes in investing in their employees by providing robust support through mentorship, resources, and continuous learning opportunities, making it an ideal place for professionals seeking to grow in the hospitality industry. The three properties located on Madison's West Side include Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Suites, and Tru by Hilton. These well-established brands each bring unique offerings and experiences to the market, allowing sales professionals to engage with a diverse clientele and create tailored customer solutions.

The Hotel Regional Sales Manager role at Madison West Side is designed for an experienced and driven sales professional looking to impact multiple properties under one management umbrella. This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of relationship-building, strategic planning, and sales execution focused on driving revenue growth across the three hotel brands. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding current property accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and executing carefully formulated sales strategies to meet and exceed budgeted revenue goals. The role demands a high level of autonomy, excellent interpersonal communication, and a proactive approach toward client engagement.

In addition to traditional sales responsibilities, the position offers access to a suite of incentive programs. These include a generous bonus earning potential of 30% with up to five bonus payouts annually and monetary rewards tied to performance and referrals. The internal referral program encourages team collaboration by rewarding sales professionals for qualified leads, while the Sales Premier Club recognizes top performers with exclusive bonuses and honors annually. All of these rewards demonstrate NCG Hospitality’s commitment to acknowledging and celebrating the hard work and dedication of their sales teams.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement quarterly sales plans to increase customer base penetration and top-line revenue. They must maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to position the properties effectively in the marketplace. Providing exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to leads and requests for proposals (RFPs), and delivering educational site tours that highlight property highlights and amenities, are essential to building and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Sales activities are fully supported by advanced company tools and systems such as Delphi, CI, and TY platforms for managing sales cycles and reporting. Proficiency in interpreting industry data sources such as STR, GRC, and Demand 360 is vital to guide decision-making and sales strategy discussions. Overall, this role demands a dynamic, optimistic self-starter with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The opportunity to work across multiple respected hotel brands under an esteemed hospitality company offers an attractive career path for sales professionals in the hotel industry.
