Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Ability to oversee multiple departments and lead diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 8 years' management experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 6 years' management experience
- Proven leadership skills in property operations and team management
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Experience with multi-department operational oversight
Job Duties
- Manage profitability and departmental budgets
- Ensure operations meet guest satisfaction and financial goals
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with brand standards
- Lead property operations and improve service performance
- Communicate operational goals and business initiatives to teams
- Lead and support property operations teams to achieve service excellence
- Manage human resources activities including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and employee engagement
