Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple departments and lead diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 8 years' management experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 6 years' management experience
  • Proven leadership skills in property operations and team management
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Experience with multi-department operational oversight

Job Duties

  • Manage profitability and departmental budgets
  • Ensure operations meet guest satisfaction and financial goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with brand standards
  • Lead property operations and improve service performance
  • Communicate operational goals and business initiatives to teams
  • Lead and support property operations teams to achieve service excellence
