Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests
  • Utilize tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive
  • Supply owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Ensure proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximize interactions during peak arrival periods
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • Assist with any additional strategies to drive marketing efforts and site volume
  • Take inventories and ensure all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral
