Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must attend an interview and screening process at our Greensboro office
- Must be able to interview with the client
- Must meet background screening requirements
- Must pass a drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and sanitation practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms according to company and hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest readiness
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety procedures
- Respond promptly to guest and supervisor requests
