The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is an integral leadership position within the hotel's housekeeping department. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Train, supervise, and inspect housekeeping and laundry staff to meet brand and quality standards
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and return of guest lost and found items
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance or guest issues quickly
  • Perform room and area inspections daily
  • oversee deep cleaning, special projects, and inventory control
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and supply management for the department
  • Step in to lead the team in the Executive Housekeeper's absence
