Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Train, supervise, and inspect housekeeping and laundry staff to meet brand and quality standards
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and return of guest lost and found items
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance or guest issues quickly
- Perform room and area inspections daily
- oversee deep cleaning, special projects, and inventory control
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and supply management for the department
- Step in to lead the team in the Executive Housekeeper's absence
