Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift as needed throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- General knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of English preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and replenish guest rooms and bathrooms according to company and brand standards
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
- Inspect rooms for maintenance or repair needs and report issues to supervisors or maintenance staff
- Perform minor tasks such as replacing remote batteries or light bulbs when applicable
- Meet productivity and quality standards for assigned rooms and public areas
- Announce presence and enter guest rooms following company procedures and safety standards
- Greet guests warmly in hallways and public spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as towels, linens, or ironing boards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Assist with other hotel duties as needed, including laundry, breakfast, or public area cleaning
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures
