We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the property while exemplifying Hilton’s renowned culture of hospitality and service excellence. The Housekeeping Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet strict cleanliness and brand standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform efficiently and foster a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering, to guarantee timely room readiness and enhance overall guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include inspecting rooms and public spaces regularly, managing housekeeping supplies and linen inventories, and controlling labor and departmental expenses. The Housekeeping Manager will also handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at all times.

In addition to operational leadership, this position demands adherence to safety, sanitation, and health regulations while maintaining accurate records, reports, and staff documentation. The manager will work closely with the team to support a collaborative, high-performance culture while assisting with other operational duties as necessary. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $55,000 and $65,000 and includes the comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities that Hilton provides.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of housekeeping experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Available to work weekends and holidays

  • Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and address deficiencies promptly
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs
  • Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
