Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills for guest interaction
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean assigned hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways according to company standards and schedules
- Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linens, and terry in guest rooms and common areas
- Collect and transport trash and waste to disposal areas efficiently and hygienically
- Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment for operational readiness
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly presence throughout the property
- Adhere strictly to safety and security policies to ensure the well-being of guests, employees, and company property
- Perform house laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry
- Assist in cleaning and organizing House and Commercial Laundry areas
