Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Strong command of the English language in speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Desire to satisfy guests’ needs

Job Qualifications

  • Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills such as Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Provide welcoming and exceptional guest service at the hotel host stand
  • Manage the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and availability
  • Oversee the e-room and TV den to maintain a comfortable and inviting environment
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Service and prepare meeting rooms as required
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
