Job Requirements

  • Prior general management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment
  • ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
  • some food & beverage background is preferred but not required
  • experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
  • proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
  • command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
  • knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
  • lead all hotel disciplines including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • develop and execute strategic marketing plans
  • actively participate in sales efforts with strong leadership
