Job Requirements
- Prior general management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment
- ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
- some food & beverage background is preferred but not required
- experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
- proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
- command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
- knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
