Job Requirements

- Strong critical analysis skills

- Ability to delegate and manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills for complex project management
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, economics or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in related management positions
- Ability to perform critical analysis and manage diverse information
- Strong knowledge of negotiating and sales procedures in the hotel industry
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to delegate, manage manpower and organize complex projects
- Skilled in communicating hotel services to management, staff and guests
Job Duties
- Adhere to all mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures
- Develop departmental sales plan with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing
- Set hotel goals and develop business and financial plans
- Monitor hotel performance and implement actions to meet goals
- Ensure hotel meets all debt, lease, and contractual obligations
- Develop associates for career advancement through reviews, training and planning
- Maintain exceptional guest relations through staffing, service operations and maintenance
- Recruit, select and develop qualified department leaders
- Participate in community and industry events to promote favorable reputation
