This full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager is based in Bethlehem, GA, at the brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites, which is set to open in July 2026 under the Monaco Hospitality brand. The Hotel General Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the success and reputation of this new property. This leadership position involves overseeing daily hotel operations, managing budgets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and implementing effective business strategies to meet and exceed performance goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, enforcing compliance with operational standards, managing food and beverage services, and sustaining the high-quality experience expected by every guest. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general management or business management
- Proven customer service and leadership skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Bethlehem, GA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bi-lingual proficiency required
- Prior experience in hotel management preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven expertise in general management and business management for 3 or more years
- Strong customer service skills focused on exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and quality assurance preferred
