- strong FOSSE/Marriott experience
- proven track record of revenue growth and profitability

Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
- lead and coach the entire hotel team
- ensure the highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections
- complete weekly corporate reports and participate in corporate calls
