- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years in hotel management or related role
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- financial literacy and budget management experience

- ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs
