Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 5 years in hotel management or related role
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • financial literacy and budget management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • customer service oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a hotel general manager or similar leadership role
  • strong financial management skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • in-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
  • proficiency in hotel management software

Job Duties

  • oversee all hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction
  • manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
  • manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs

  • address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards
