Sonesta ES Suites is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, or Guest Services Manager. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards of service that guests expect from this distinguished establishment. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and managing a team focused on providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining cash handling procedures, preparing proper documentation for financial transactions, enforcing hiring policies, and ensuring all training documentation is current and compliant with hotel standards.
The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of professional business ethics, and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the flexibility to manage priorities efficiently are crucial to success in this position. In addition, the Front Office Manager will actively cover shifts as needed, stepping in during staffing shortages and conducting audits to maintain operational integrity.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services management
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency in cash handling and audit procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Works as Front Office Manager covering all short-staffed shifts, including audits
