Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years food and beverage industry experience
- minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food and beverage
- able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- detail oriented
- organized
- good time management
- strong leadership abilities
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- good customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of food, beverage and alcohol
- TABC and Food Handler certified
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of food and beverage experience including 1 year in a supervisory role
- ability to work any shift on any day including weekends and holidays
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- professional appearance and confidence
- extremely detail oriented and organized
- strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- positive leadership characteristics
- expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure and delight customers
- strong food, non-alcoholic beverage, and alcohol knowledge
- TABC and Food Handler certification
Job Duties
- support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities
- lead other associates by coaching, giving direction and training
- schedule staff and manage payroll
