The role is a non-management position focused on engineering and facilities maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests, ensuring swift resolution with minimal supervision. A core part of the job involves performing preventive maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection. This position demands a versatile skill set across multiple engineering disciplines such as air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry. The engineer will have opportunities to train and mentor junior staff and may undertake Engineer on Duty responsibilities, which encompass performing readings and rounds. A valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification are mandatory, along with compliance with all state and federal licensing or certification requirements.
