Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a relevant hotel sales leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Prior experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as a hotel director of sales, sales manager, or in direct hotel sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proactive and hungry approach to prospecting and account growth
  • Impeccable organization and follow-through
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Polished professional appearance and demeanor
