Chef Vernick, recognized as the 2016 "Chef of the Year" by the Philadelphia Inquirer and a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic in 2017, brings his expertise and passion to Emilia. His previous establishments, including Vernick Food & Drink, Vernick Coffee Bar, and Michelin-recognized Vernick Fish, have earned widespread acclaim, solidifying his status as a prominent figure in the Philadelphia dining scene. We are currently seeking Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners to join Emilia's new team.
