- at least one year of hosting experience in a busy restaurant environment
- ability to use OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- willingness to engage with diverse clientele
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the host stand
- coordinate reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- engage with guests to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
- handle telephone inquiries with clear communication and professional etiquette
- assist in diffusing difficult situations with calm and tact
- manage waitlists and guest flow efficiently
- collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
