The Server Assistant position at Ted's Montana Grill plays a pivotal role in this rewarding environment. The role involves greeting guests promptly with warmth, seating them, and presenting clean menus to facilitate a smooth start to their dining experience. Additionally, the Server Assistant manages the seating chart and rotation among servers, ensuring efficient table turnover while communicating accurately with the kitchen about open menu counts. Teamwork is a key attribute, as Server Assistants help bus tables and re-prepare areas for the next guests, keeping the dining environment clean and welcoming.

The job requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure setting. Flexibility and an ability to adapt to change are crucial, as the restaurant focuses on providing seamless service even during busy periods. The Server Assistant is also responsible for offering guests a warm farewell, expressing appreciation, and inviting them back, further strengthening guest loyalty.
