Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- full-service restaurant experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- positive attitude and team player
- must be legal to work in the United States

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly
- assist servers with refilling drinks and clearing tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining room
- manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- communicate guest needs to front and back of house teams
- uphold the company’s hospitality standards and Big Sky Spirit
- support team members during busy periods
