The Host/Hostess is responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests warmly, directing seating, and ensuring the pacing of service maintains the high standards guests expect. This role demands professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. The Host/Hostess not only supports the flow of guests throughout the restaurant and bar but also anticipates guest needs and promptly addresses any concerns or requests. It is a customer-centric position that acts as the heart of guest interactions, overseeing reservation logistics, communicating vital information to other staff, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven hotel company that values not just career growth but also personal fulfillment by making a positive impact on the world. Prospective employees will thrive in a role where their efforts directly contribute to fostering a memorable dining experience and upholding the brand’s promise of good-natured service.
