Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar hospitality or hosting role preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- must be punctual and reliable
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- upscale beverage programming experience preferred
- deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
- curation of complicated cocktail knowledge
- refined verbal communication skills
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant
- manage the seating arrangements ensuring maximum efficiency and guest comfort
- coordinate with restaurant staff to communicate guest arrivals and special requests
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entrance
- respond gracefully to guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant’s offerings
- assist in managing wait lists and reservations during busy periods
- uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism to enhance guest experience
