The Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role at Starwood Hotels, serving as the initial point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious and professional manner
  • interact with guests and fellow staff members politely and hospitably
  • greet and acknowledge VIPs professionally
  • control the flow of guests entering the restaurant and bar
  • anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency
  • maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • assist in supervising servers, bussers, and food runners as related to guest contact and table information
