The Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role at Starwood Hotels, serving as the initial point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant. As a Host/Hostess, you will be entrusted with managing reservations, coordinating seating, controlling the guest flow, and maintaining a clean and organized host stand. Beyond these operational duties, the role demands superior communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, managers, and fellow staff members. You will also help in supervising service roles such as servers and bussers when necessary and be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and dining outlets to provide comprehensive information to guests.

- assist in supervising servers, bussers, and food runners as related to guest contact and table information
