The role of a Host/Hostess at Pop. Stroke is a crucial front-line position dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This position is non-exempt and offers an hourly wage plus tips, with hosts and hostesses having the potential to earn more than $30 per hour. The Host/Hostess will act as the maestro of welcomes, turning every greeting into a vibrant and special moment that makes guests feel valued like VIPs. The importance of this role lies in managing the guest experience from the moment they arrive, including providing accurate wait times, managing the waiting list, seating guests promptly, and informing them about the venue’s innovative mobile ordering system. Hosts and hostesses also ensure that key areas such as the host station, dining rooms, restrooms, and gaming zones are kept clean, organized, and fully stocked.

This role requires flexibility to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, emphasizing teamwork and communication with the Food & Beverage staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Candidates for this role must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Pop.
