Carolina Brewery is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join their team as Hosts or Hostesses. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for guests by providing courteous and efficient seating and greeting services. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the face of the brewery to customers, charged with welcoming guests with sincerity, positivity, and enthusiasm. The role requires managing various responsibilities, including answering phone calls, directing to-go orders accurately, handling the waitlist and call-ahead seating arrangements, and maintaining the tidiness of the hostess station, lobby, menus, and restrooms.
