As the first point of contact within the dining outlets, Hosts/Hostesses provide a warm and professional welcome to guests. You will be responsible for promptly recognizing and seating guests, ensuring attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience, and assisting with cashier duties such as processing guest payments. Your daily responsibilities will include managing reservations, maintaining clean and attractive menus, performing opening and closing sidework tasks, preparing end-of-shift reports, and distributing tips to servers and service attendants as appropriate. Familiarity with room service standards, current menus, specials across departments, and state liquor laws is essential.

This role demands flexibility and a strong work ethic, with the ability to accommodate long hours and varying schedules. Physical requirements include light lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and the stamina to stand during your entire shift.
