Roth SocialHouse is currently seeking a part-time Hostess / Host to join their hospitality team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive environment. The role involves greeting guests with a warm smile as they enter the restaurant, guiding them to their tables or waiting area, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience. The Hostess / Host also manages reservations and wait times, communicates effectively with both guests and management, and addresses customer concerns with patience and empathy. Responsibilities include using the point-of-sale system to accurately process orders, handling cash, and reconciling payments, making sure all transactions are correctly accounted for. This role makes the Hostess / Host the first and last point of contact for guests, giving them the chance to make a strong positive impression and encourage repeat visits.

For this position, Roth SocialHouse offers a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for those interested in starting or continuing their career in hospitality. The work schedule includes shifts from 3 pm to 10 pm, including weekends, providing flexibility for individuals seeking part-time employment.
