The position of Host at Blackhawk Country Club is a pivotal role, serving as the first and last point of contact for members and guests who dine at the Falls Clubhouse. The Host manages all aspects of the dining room seating, including handling reservations, walk-ins, and wait times, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. Beyond organizing seating, the Host is tasked with confirming reservations, informing guests of specials and upcoming events, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
