Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if necessary
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- A people-person who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving great service
- Experience working with customers or restaurant guests
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests and warmly welcome them to the restaurant upon arrival
- Make all guests feel comfortable and assure them you are there to personally take care of their needs
- Know regular guests by name and understand their preferences
- Record guest names and party sizes during busy periods, provide estimated wait times, and seat guests promptly
- Seat guests based on their preferences while managing customer flow
- Present menus to guests when seated and ensure tables are clean, tidy, and up to standard
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return soon
