Job Description
Our restaurant is a vibrant and fast-paced establishment dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience to every guest who walks through our doors. We take pride in delivering warm hospitality, delicious meals, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. Our team is passionate about creating a friendly and professional environment where both guests and staff feel valued and supported. As a reputable dining destination, we focus on quality service, teamwork, and continuous growth to maintain our high standards and build lasting relationships with our customers.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly Host to join our front-of-house team. The Host plays a crucial role in the overall guest experience, acting as the first point of contact for customers. This position involves warmly greeting and seating guests, managing the flow of the dining area using a structured seating rotation and floor plan, and maintaining clear communication regarding wait times and table availability. The Host must be organized, attentive, and proactive in ensuring that guest satisfaction remains a top priority throughout their visit.
This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing the waiting list, answering phone inquiries about the menu and restaurant services, and supporting teamwork by coordinating closely with servers and other front-of-house staff. Additional duties may consist of taking and filling to-go orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess station and restrooms, and completing assigned sidework and closing tasks diligently.
The Host position requires individuals who are team players, able to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physically, this role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and performing continuous bending, reaching, and twisting motions. Being at least 18 years old is a requirement to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
We offer a competitive compensation package featuring high earning potential through a combination of wages and tips, supported by an excellent training program designed to help you succeed. Team members enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance eligibility, paid vacation time, meal discounts, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Additionally, we have the advantage of being closed on major holidays such as Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, emphasizing our commitment to work-life balance.
Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment that values dedication and customer service excellence. If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact and growing your career in the food service industry, this is an exciting opportunity to explore.
