Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
basic knowledge of restaurant operations
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent verbal communication skills
friendly and outgoing personality
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
seat guests promptly and present clean menus
manage waiting list and quote accurate wait times
observe and track table status including clean and occupied tables
maintain cleanliness of host area and restrooms
answer phone calls and provide menu information
assist servers and bussers with duties such as pre-bussing tables and rolling silverware
