Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and seating software beneficial
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage reservation and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
  • Communicate effectively with serving staff and management
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues promptly
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all guests
