Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and seating software beneficial
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservation and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
- Communicate effectively with serving staff and management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues promptly
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all guests
