Job Description
A restaurant in need of a Host/Hostess to provide exceptional customer service by greeting and seating customers, handling payments, and assisting service personnel to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The Host/Hostess will report to the General Manager and Manager.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to differentiate between monetary denominations
- effective communication skills with guests
- reliable, flexible, and a team player
- mobility to move and operate in the work area
- compliance with health regulations related to food handling
- minimum of 6 months experience as a host/hostess or cashier
