Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a host or in food service preferred
- strong customer service skills essential
- familiarity with restaurant reservation management tools and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS highly desirable
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and billing accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards
- positive attitude and genuine passion for guest relations
- experience using POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS a plus

- manage guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about menu items, reservation policies, and wait times
- support guest services by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit
- keep the dining area organized and clean, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- use POS systems effectively for order entry and billing processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions
