Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Must be able to stand and move actively during shifts
Availability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, and mid-day
Commitment to providing excellent hospitality and service
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and upbeat personality
Ability to stand and be active for extended periods
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome/greet/thank guests upon arrival and departure
Make all guests feel comfortable and provide personal care
Know regular guests by name and their preferences
Answer the phone promptly with a smile
Record guest information accurately during waits and provide estimated wait times
Accommodate guest seating preferences balancing flow of service
Understand and adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
Communicate effectively with staff during shifts
Seat guests to company standards
Maintain front desk supplies
Ensure entry, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
